German Autofest - Duty Statements

Meet 0730 Show Day – Please be punctual
*Comm’s required: Channel 27 (Parking) Channel 26 (CVD)
*I/C: Mark Palmer
Overall in charge, the man, event coordinator.
*Roving: Peter Bone, Mark Palmer
Ready response team / problem solvers. POC if anyone has a problem they would like to discuss further.
*CVD Tent: Bruce Walker & Family, Bec Davis-Hall
Administration Tent, Entries, Sales, New Members and so on.
*Parking: Martin Budden(I/C), Tim Popham, Megan Wadey, Ian Bugden (2 I/C).
Safely coordinate the entry and exit of all vehicles to their allotted display area. No exceptions.
Judging Coordinator: Gareth Wiggan
Coordinate and find judges for the event from the attending clubs. Your ruling is finial with spit decisions. Judging commence at 1100.
Kids Corner: Mandy Conway, Kayleigh Bartlett
1100 – 1300 Coordinate and supervise children in their activities. Kids Corner Awards announced at 1315. Parents may not leave their children unattended. (Not a sitting service)
Kids Car Show: Peter Bone
Coordinate and
supervise children in their activities. Locate independent
judge. Kids Car Show Awards announced at 1315.
Presentations: Mark Palmer (MC), Peter Bone, Bruce Walker
Coordinate and announce winners of all the events.
Sponsor Liaison: Ian Schafferius
Coordinate and supervise the arrival of all Volkswagen associated sponsors. AM only.
All other members will be as required during the course of the event.
