The Canberra Chapter of Club VeeDub Sydney
Club VeeDub Canberra is a small but growing group of Volkswagen enthusiasts. We hold events and cruises most months of the year, and we also meet monthly to chat about Volkswagens and to plan upcoming events.
Our biggest event of the year is Shannons German Autofest, which is held in September each year. There are between fifty and eighty Volkswagens of all shapes and ages on display, plus other German cars such as Porsche, BMW and Mercedes. We are proud to say that the Volkswagen marque often wins the Best Display award. Any Volkswagen can come and join in, no matter what condition it is in, so come along and have fun!
Other events include cruises to local towns and picnic spots, and the occasional longer-distance trip to major interstate events. Check out the calendar of coming events to see what is happening next.
As we are a chapter of Club VeeDub Sydney, we have access to all the facilities they provide, including excellent book, tool and video libraries, and of course club insurance for all club-endorsed events, and trade discounts at selected suppliers.
